This tutorial will teach you how two create a poker chip and then make it 3D.

1. Create a large document. Start up large and then scale down.

2. Create a circle and apply a base color.

3. Add white stripes.

4. Add a smaller circle within the chip by contracting from the larger circle.

4. Give perspective to the chip.

5. Hold the duplicate key (alt on mac/ control on windows) and press up 20x. This will give it a bevel effect. It will create 20 copyies with each copy being 1 pixel above the other.

6. Merge all but the top layer. Go to Hue/Saturation and decrease the lightness of this new merged layer.

7. Merge the top and bottom layers. and add an outside stroke.
