We need the Pic2Icon software by Sugar Cube Software to complete this tutorial. Its a free app but the developer's website has diappeared. Download.com still has it though.

1. Get a photo and crop the elements to a square. You don't need to resize it to 128x128.

2. Delete the unwanted elements.

3. Export as a png (transparent).

4. Drag and drop to Pic2Icon.

5. Enjoy.
